Shelley and her wonderful team were absolutely amazing. They committed to serving our refinance needs and were extremely thorough throughout the entire process. Hands down, my wife and I would definitely recommend their services to our family and friends. First off, your rating should be twice as much as the five star rating. I have used many loan companies in the past and none of them compared to the quality of service I received. First, the communication was phenomenal. I was informed of the entire process each step of the way, whether it was through a phone call, text or email. 2nd, the process was simple with no hidden agendas. I was given 3 loan options that I chose without being coerced into any of them. I provided the necessary documents and did not receive any follow-up asking for forms or documents that they failed to ask of me. Then, at the conclusion Steve called me to thank me. No Steve, I thank you and applaud your TEAM for the quality of service you provided to me.

After coming off a prior refinance from hell, I was very leery of going thru the same thing again. Not! Steve and his team were awesome. The communication was fast and efficient. Answers to my questions were received in a very timely fashion. The requests for paperwork were a “one and done”. I am in the unique situation where I am married, but only my name is on the house. This caused a huge issue in the last refi. But not this one! I highly recommend Steve and his team and hope to do business with them again.

Trying to meet all the Federal Governments’ requirements was a very tiring and complicated process. Working with Mr. Iversen made the process much easier and acceptable. Steve was very available to respond to questions. He was very patient and took the time to thoroughly explain the pros and cons of having an FHA versus a non-FHA loan so that I could decide on the appropriate choice for me. His team was also very responsive to my questions about required documents and documentation. Steve and his team have helped me through several refinances and I have been very satisfied with the excellent help they have provided. If I decided to seek another loan, I would contact Steve first.
